I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ruka. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished, with all the necessary supplies. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. The location was peaceful and quiet, away from the busy center. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket, making it easy to find everything I needed. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was lovely, ensuring a good night's sleep.

That the beds were not made upon arrival, which was a bit of a hassle after a long journey. the key pick up process was a bit complicated and required a trip to a different location, which wasn't ideal for those arriving late at night.

No significant issues were encountered during my stay.

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed having a well-stocked kitchen with all sorts of utensils and dishes. the drying area by the entrance was quite useful, especially after a day on the slopes. We appreciated the location of the apartment, just a short walk from a big supermarket and a ski bus stop. It was convenient to have a shuttle service available for getting to and from the slopes.

The key pick-up location was a bit inconvenient, especially at night. It would have been easier if someone could have met us at the apartment to give us the keys.

We had an amazing stay at this cosy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, including a laundry drying closet and sauna with breathtaking views. the supermarket around the corner was very handy. the apartment had comfortable beds with lovely bed linen and towels. the decor was pleasant and the staff were very attentive and friendly. the location was serene, peaceful, and within easy reach of a ski bus stop. We found everything we needed, including gluten, free options in the local supermarket at affordable prices. We had a great experience in this well, located and well, appointed apartment.

The safety rules regarding the fireplace were a bit strict, which was a bit disappointing.
